1. Data controller

2. What data I collect

• Data you send me through the contact form: full name, company, email, phone, sector, type of request and message.
• Booking data when you book a call: name, email and the information you enter in the booking form.
• Messages you send me by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical browsing data processed by the hosting provider to run and protect the website (for example IP address and browser type).
• Visit statistics in aggregate form, collected without cookies.

I do not collect special categories of data (such as health data). Please do not include them in your messages.

3. Why I use it and on what legal basis

• Replying to your requests and managing bookings, including the audit: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Recording the contact in the CRM to follow up the request over time: pre-contractual measures and my legitimate interest in managing contacts in an orderly way (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
• Using your case as an example (for instance for the free audit): only with your specific consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Tax and accounting obligations if you become a client: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Website security and aggregate statistics: my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I do not send you newsletters or promotional messages without your consent.

4. Providing your data

Providing your data is optional. Without contact details, however, I cannot reply to your request or confirm your booking.

5. Who processes data on my behalf

I use these providers, which process data as processors or independent controllers under their own terms:

• HubSpot: CRM, contact form and bookings.
• Cloudflare: hosting, security and cookie-free visit statistics.
• Meta (WhatsApp): if you message me on WhatsApp.
• Microsoft (Outlook): email.

If you become a client, billing data is shared with my accountant. I never sell your data.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are based in the United States. In these cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) for participating providers or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. How long I keep the data

• Requests that do not become an engagement: up to 24 months from the last contact.
• Client data and tax documents: for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
• Consent to use the case as an example: until withdrawn.
• Technical data: for the periods set by the hosting provider for security purposes.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw any consent given. Write to franckconsulting@hotmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
